Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Premier: Rooms, Separate Bathroom and Breakfast

Mitsui Garden Hotel Roppongi Tokyo Premier

The design of the accommodations in Roppongi’s arts and culture district is very practical, with a separate bathroom and a leisurely breakfast. Luggage space depends on the room type.

What would I choose?

If I’m planning a trip to Tokyo and want to explore Roppongi, see some exhibitions, and then have a nice dinner in the evening, I’d include Mitsui Gardens Roppongi Pumill in my comparison. Design, location, and service are frequently mentioned advantages by guests. The separate bathroom, toilet, and washbasin in the room also makes it easier for two people to prepare for the trip together.

However, I will consider both room size and luggage capacity. Some people feel the rooms are cramped, so if both of you are bringing large suitcases, it’s more practical to look at the full room configuration first than just photos of the lobby or restaurant.

What attracts me, and what I need to think about before ordering.

What attracts me

  • Roppongi offers easy-to-connect itineraries, making it suitable for exhibitions, dining, and city tours.
  • Smoking is prohibited throughout the entire room, and the bathroom, toilet, and washbasin are separated.
  • BALCON TOKYO breakfast offers a choice of main courses, making it suitable for mornings when you’re not in a rush.

I will keep an eye on it.

  • Some guests felt the rooms were cramped and checked the layout first when they had a lot of luggage.
  • Exit 5 is usually a staircase; if you have a large suitcase, you’ll need to check the elevator route.
  • Breakfast is included depending on the package; do not assume that restaurant photos automatically include meals throughout the room.

Location and Transportation: Plan your route in advance if you have luggage.

It’s about a 5-minute walk from Roppongi Exit 5 and about a 7-minute walk from Roppongi 1-chome. The hotel is located at 3-15-17 Roppongi. The routes to Roppongi vary, and the movement within the station also differs, so I’ll allow some time for first-time visitors to find their way.

Exit 5 is a staircase. For the Hibiya Line, take elevator 4a towards the Roppongi interchange; for the Oedo Line, take elevator 7. Do not mix exits from different lines. If you need to avoid the staircase at all times, please ask your hotel about the connecting route after exiting the elevator.

Surrounding Itinerary: How would I plan my trip while staying here?

I would schedule the Roppongi exhibition and dining on the same day. When I get tired, I can go back to my room to freshen up before deciding whether to go out in the evening. If I’m just leaving early in the morning and coming back late at night, I’ll first consider whether I can make use of the advantages of the design and breakfast.

Room type and space: Think about the bed and travel companions together.

The room features a separate bathroom, toilet, and washbasin area. Smoking is prohibited throughout the room, and Wi-Fi is available. When two people are traveling together, one person can shower while the other organizes their belongings; this separation makes it easier to allocate resources than cramming all the equipment together.

Please check the actual room size, bed width, and luggage aisle against the full room name you selected. The image sets below show the accommodation catalog and guest room photos respectively. Don’t assume that every room is the same just because of the window view or the angle of a larger room; if I have two large suitcases traveling together, I will ask if they can be laid out at the same time.

How should breakfast be arranged?

Breakfast at BALCON TOKYO on the 14th floor is from 6:30 to 10:30, with the last entry at 10:00. Choose one of ten main courses, plus à la carte side dishes and drinks. The estimated cost for adults is 3,850 yen (tax included).

If I can have a leisurely morning to eat, I would compare the total price difference of the breakfast-included plan; if I have to catch a bus or want to save breakfast for a neighborhood coffee shop, I don’t need to force myself to buy extra items just for the restaurant atmosphere.

Things I’ll pay attention to when staying one night versus staying consecutively.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM. If you’re staying one night, you can make a more relaxed schedule for the exhibition, dinner, and breakfast; if you’re staying for two nights, be mindful of whether you can easily pack your luggage and clothes.

Guests praised the design, location, and service, but some also mentioned the small room size. If you’re concerned about room space, I would compare it with the larger rooms to ensure this is a place where you can truly rest when you return.
