HOTEL RIN TOKYO: Three-Bedroom House Near Sengakuji
Why it works
I would consider HOTEL RIN TOKYO for family or friends who want to stay in one two-storey wooden house, sharing meals at the same dining table. It offers 79.18 m², three bedrooms and space for up to six, rather than separate hotel rooms.
Location and luggage
The three bedrooms provide two king beds and one double. Six-person capacity means some guests share beds. The kitchen, washing machine, two toilets, shower and wooden terrace are useful when traveling together; assign sleeping arrangements before booking.
Bedrooms and shared space
The address is 2-16-1 Takanawa, Minato, Tokyo. Sengakuji Station exit A3 is around three minutes away on foot, but involves stairs; A2 has a street-level elevator. The A2 approach takes a different route, and the stairs inside the house also need to be considered for children, older travelers and heavy luggage.
Breakfast and neighborhood
I would pair a walk around Sengakuji and Takanawa with meals prepared at the house. There are tea and coffee supplies and a kitchen, but breakfast is not confirmed as included. Shop the evening before or choose a nearby café.
Check-in and longer stays
Check-in is 15:00–21:00; check-out is 08:00–12:00. Leaving before 08:00 requires notice the day before, and a late arrival should be discussed in advance. For longer stays confirm cleaning, rubbish disposal, washing and supplies.
Pros and trade-offs
The biggest advantage is a private place to eat and relax together. The trade-offs are shared beds, internal stairs and more responsibility for daily routines than at a conventional full-service hotel.
