L stay & grow Harumi
L stay & grow Harumi
Trade a walk through Harumi for twin beds and a room with more space.
L stay & grow Harumi suits travelers who don’t want to step over suitcases every day. This isn’t a walk straight from the subway into your room; if you accept the route from Kachidoki, the larger rooms, restaurant and common areas become attractive.

| What to consider first | How I would choose |
|---|---|
| Suitable trip | Families and friends wanting seats in their room, or travelers spending time around Harumi. For quick trips across many shopping districts with heavy bags, compare station-side hotels. |
| Room choice | The official Relax Twin is 24 m² with beds 120–140 cm wide depending on layout, and a separate bathroom and toilet. For three people, it adds a sofa bed. |
| Main compromise | The hotel requires a walk from the subway. |
Choose a room that actually fits the luggage
The Relax Twin is 24 m² with bed widths of 120–140 cm according to the configuration, and the bathroom and toilet are separate. Three guests use the two beds plus a sofa bed, turning seating space into a bed. Twin beds are attractive for two people who want their own sleeping areas. For three, check the sofa-bed measurements and passages with cases open rather than relying only on 24 m².
| Room type | Size or layout | Best use |
|---|---|---|
| Relax Twin | 24 m² / beds 120–140 cm wide | Two people in separate beds, separated bathroom and toilet. |
| Three-person layout | Two regular beds plus sofa bed | Third sleeping place occupies the sofa. |
See the official room details and confirm the exact reserved category, beds and guest count.

Arriving with luggage
The official guide puts Kachidoki Exit A5 at about five minutes on foot and Exit A3b at seven minutes, whereas Trip estimates roughly nine minutes from the overall station location. These have different starting points. Use the official exit directions for surface navigation and leave more time with luggage. The Harumi 3-chome Toei bus stop is about two minutes away; a bus may help with family or rainy-day arrivals. Exit numbers do not guarantee step-free travel.

Should you add breakfast?
The listing offers buffet breakfast. Some guests praise the variety while others find the selection limited. I would treat it as a convenient pre-departure meal, especially when traveling with family. For several nights, leave some mornings free for a different restaurant.
One night or a longer stay?
If booking one night only to save money, include the extra transport effort in the comparison. Two or three nights at a slower pace around Harumi and the waterfront allow you to enjoy the room size more. For older relatives, plan the route after leaving the station.

Trade-offs before booking
The main compromise is the walk from the subway. Pulling a suitcase feels different from strolling without luggage, especially in heat, rain or late at night. Consider a short taxi transfer. A bathtub photo or bath salts in the room does not mean the hotel has a natural hot-spring spa.

Make the most of the waterfront neighborhood
Plan a Tsukuda waterfront walk (Chinese guide) on a Harumi day rather than backtracking across the city. With older family members, use transport between sections instead of walking everything.

Once the room and itinerary fit, compare total room costs for identical dates, group size and cancellation conditions. Compare breakfast costs separately from a room upgrade.
