HOTEL LiVEMAX Tokyo Bakurocho
Good Bakurocho transport, with cleaning, luggage storage and narrow bed width to accept first
HOTEL LiVEMAX Tokyo Bakurocho suits a short stay chosen first for transport and budget. The Bakurocho, Bakuroyokoyama and Higashi-Nihombashi area has many lines, but I would list service needs clearly before choosing: especially for anyone with large luggage who wants to keep shopping after check-out, storage arrangements cannot be left until arrival.

How to choose a room type so luggage fits
Official single rooms are 11–12 sqm, with a 120 cm wide, 195 cm long bed, for up to two people. Being able to book for two does not mean two people will sleep comfortably; if you are not used to sharing a narrow bed, reconsider no matter how low the price. If you choose a twin room, check the area, number of beds and non-smoking conditions separately, and do not judge from single-room photos.

Getting there with luggage
The official listing gives about a 1-minute walk from JR Bakurocho exits 2 or 4, about 1 minute from Bakuroyokoyama A1, and about 5 minutes from Higashi-Nihombashi B4. The three stations are close to each other, but platform depth and lift routes differ; with a large suitcase, follow the barrier-free signs to street level first, then head to the hotel, and do not treat one minute at street level as the whole journey from the station.

See the hotel’s transport information; whether barrier-free facilities are open depends on the in-station notices on the day you travel.
Is breakfast worth adding? Check your departure time first
The listing has information about a breakfast bag, but lacks full menu and collection details. I would not choose a breakfast-included plan just for it; ask about the actual contents and timing first, or leave breakfast to nearby shops. Bread, dinner and sightseeing photos in the gallery also cannot all be taken as in-hotel breakfast.
One night, or several nights in a row
One or two nights travelling light can make full use of the transport advantage. Before a longer stay, confirm cleaning frequency, towels and rubbish collection; if these services matter to you, treat the price difference as paying for convenience, and do not force yourself into the cheapest option.

Trade-offs I would accept before booking
Guest feedback on cleaning, bedding, service and storage is inconsistent, and there are reports of no storage after check-out. If you will be dragging a suitcase on to go shopping, get confirmation from the hotel first, or prepare a station locker as an alternative. Room-card and equipment damage charges follow on-site rules; do not treat a past one-off amount as a standard charge.

Starting from the hotel, with less backtracking
If you stay a few nights in Nihombashi, you can spend one day walkingNingyocho districtorSmall museums in Nihombashi, treating the area around the hotel as part of the trip.

If the room types and travelling style mentioned above fit this trip, then compare total prices for the same dates, same number of guests and same cancellation terms. Comparing breakfast and larger room types separately usually makes it easier to see which upgrade is really worth paying for.
