Rooms and luggage space

Singles and Doubles both have 10 m² and a 142 cm bed; Deluxe Twins are 18 m² with two 122 cm beds. Booking for two does not enlarge a standard room. If sleeping separately or bringing two large suitcases, compare Deluxe Twin directly. Under-bed storage helps keep infrequently used things away.

Photos show both double-bed and twin layouts, with a small round table in the Twin. Decide first whether you want one shared bed or two, then compare area. A reservation allowing two guests does not mean large luggage will also fit comfortably.

Guest photos show luggage beside the bed and desk close together. One person packing light can manage this space more easily; two adults staying longer should confirm the Twin’s actual size and bathroom arrangement.

Breakfast choices

The ground-floor restaurant also Nihonbashi Kodemmacho serves Taiwanese-inspired breakfast from 7 a.m., with mains such as rice, noodles, congee, savory soy milk, braised pork rice and chicken-soup noodles. For a warm morning meal, it is distinctive compared with a standard bread-and-coffee breakfast.

Order by phone, or use the restaurant’s tablet if you don’t have one. Some mains cost extra; check what your breakfast voucher covers. With very early trains, a room-only rate provides more flexibility.

How to enjoy the neighborhood

Kodemmacho and Nihonbashi have interesting corners for a slower walk; include Jisshi Park around arrival afternoon. Another day, visit Ginza or Ningyocho instead of transferring through Tokyo Station for every attraction.

Short stay or several nights

One or two nights with light luggage are straightforward. For more nights, confirm beds, luggage space and cleaning. A family with a stroller should compare the actual permitted occupancy rather than assuming a Twin photo means there will be room for everything.
