The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho: Views, 42 m² Rooms, Club and Breakfast

The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel

The reason for choosing The Prince Gallery Tokyo Kioicho, a Luxury Collection Hotel, is to incorporate high-floor rooms and window-side views into the itinerary. If I want to spend an afternoon in my room enjoying the city views and then dine in Kioicho in the evening, it makes more sense than simply finding a hotel close to the station for a night’s sleep; however, a club isn’t necessarily larger, and direct subway access doesn’t mean that all lines have platforms very close to the front desk. This review is based on official information and original Trip comments; I did not personally stay at the hotel.

Landscape, space, and services are expected to be separated.

  • The official room type confirms the window-side daybed’s size. Both the Deluxe King and Twin rooms are 42 square meters, positioning them as products where guests can stay and rest.
  • Some Club rooms are the same size as regular rooms. Club Deluxe rooms are also 42 square meters; the main difference is in the benefits, not that they automatically include an extra living room.
  • For three people, it depends on the type of room that can accommodate a third bed. The official listing also includes a 46㎡ Deluxe Premier Twin room with an extra bed; you cannot assume that all rooms can accommodate an extra person just because they have two beds.
  • Despite its luxury positioning, there are still instances of poor cleaning and service. Original reviews containing complaints about dust, breakfast communication, and room arrangements should be retained and not masked by the high average rating.

The route from Nagata-cho 9-a directly to Akasaka-mi-tsuke Exit D is not the same.

Traffic directionListed on the official websiteLuggage should be noted
Transportation Directions: Namboku Line, Nagata-choThe official website lists 9-a direct export. Please note regarding luggage: Direct connections refer to building links, but do not necessarily mean all transfer platforms are directly connected.
Transportation Directions: Akasaka-mitsuke Ginza/Marunouchi LineThe official website lists the Akasaka Underground Passage D towards Kioicho as the exit, about a 1-minute walk away. Please note that luggage transfers from the platform to the passageway and from inside the building to the counter are charged separately.
Directions: Hanzomon Line, NagatachoThe official website lists Exit 7 as approximately 2 minutes away. Please be careful with your luggage; do not apply this timeframe to the north-south line or elevator routes.
Transportation directions, elevator routesThe official website lists a partial comparison between the transportation operators and the elevators within the building that was not completed in this instance. Please note the following regarding luggage: Clearly define the distance/time from the exit to the hotel; total elevation difference needs to be confirmed.

The above information is based on the official transportation page and was verified on October 23, 2026. If you are bringing a stroller or heavy luggage, I will ask the hotel to provide elevator directions based on your actual route; avoid exiting at the wrong exit and having to circle back via the ground level. The original comment mentioned shopping mall connections and nearby restaurants, which can be used as a reference for your itinerary, but the shopping mall access times have not been verified, and it cannot be guaranteed that it will be accessible late at night. The dining options in Kioicho and the Akasaka-mitsuke neighborhood can be divided into two dining rhythms: those who want to stay at the hotel can stay inside, while those who want to go out and find a restaurant can walk into the neighborhood. A family’s comment on August 15, 2026, stating that transportation is convenient, is still based on individual experience; the travel time to each attraction depends on the route taken on the day, and it is not used as a guarantee of time-saving throughout Tokyo.

According to the official room schedule, the verification date is October 23, 2026. Higher floors do not guarantee specific landmarks, clear-day visibility, or photo opportunities; room bookings must be confirmed. Additional sleeping arrangements, third beds, cribs, and club child restrictions must also be checked against the plan; a positive review from August 2026 cannot be used as a general guideline for all ages. The official website provides information on the spa and fitness facilities, but the age limit, opening hours, and usage rights of the swimming pool were not verified item by item during this trip; if this is the main reason for booking, you should obtain answers first. The Trip lists check-in at 15:00 and check-out at 12:00, and luggage storage and early use of facilities are not automatically calculated based on check-in time.

A guest booking the "Deluxe King Room" until December 31, 2025, felt that although the room was large, the entryway made the actual living area less spacious than expected, and they were disappointed with the orientation and natural light. If I were upgrading for a better view, I would first look at the floor plan and orientation to determine whether I care about the bedside, window, or luggage area; not considering the higher price as a reason for better lighting and view would definitely be more appealing.

The deluxe twin room photos show the aisle beside the bed and the daybed by the window, while the corner king bed presents a different bed-window relationship. New room types include Trip Corner, Jiwei Well, Designer, and Prince Gallery, showing the living room, window-side bathtub, shower area, and sink. The extra bed twin room photos show how the third bed would occupy space. I will compare room names based on the complete booking details, and will not apply the suite’s large bathroom or extra bed illustrations to the 42㎡ deluxe room; Club benefits do not equate to increased space.

Confirm the restaurant, menu, and add-on prices before making a breakfast order.

Breakfast is officially confirmed to be served at the OASIS GARDEN on the 36th floor from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Official restaurant page, verified on October 23, 2026. The pricing page currently only has embedded frames and lacks a complete description of meal prices, taxes, and service charges; therefore, search summary figures or single-trip prices should not be considered official, universally accepted rates. Additional charges and breakfast inclusions should be confirmed upon request. Source 1

A comment on November 5, 2025, reflected a discrepancy between the hostess and the order taker regarding the number of main courses available; another comment on November 16 felt the variety was acceptable but the taste was average. There were also comments on January 19, 2026, and September 30, 2025, explicitly praising the dishes, indicating inconsistent taste. These are experiences from different times, and specific dishes are not listed as daily staples.

If I’m staying for a scenic view, I’ll arrange a morning with time to sit down and have breakfast; if I’m leaving before 7 am every day, the included breakfast might not be needed. For consecutive stays, guests can eat out occasionally, but should clearly distinguish between Club breakfast benefits and restaurant breakfast to avoid paying twice for the same service.

The traveler’s photo from November 16, 2025 shows egg dishes, hot food, and coffee. Another traveler from August 21 specifically recommended black truffle mushroom scrambled eggs and included a photo of the dish served in a bowl. This helps me understand the breakfast format better, but the latter reflects my experience with the dishes and flavors at the time; before booking, you should still confirm the current menu and avoid listing a recommendation as a fixed daily offering.

Negative interpretation: Individual cases are retained, but not expanded into an overall trend.

This review read 10 original comments, posted between August 21, 2025 and October 2, 2026, out of a total of 155 comments displayed on the platform. All new information included room type: the dust complaint from November 16, 2025, was for a Deluxe Twin Room with an extra bed; the room arrangement complaint from January 3, 2026, was for a Club Deluxe King Room. Window views, comfort, and other aspects were mentioned in several comments, but these cannot be used interchangeably depending on the room orientation; each of these two points was only mentioned once, indicating no recent recurrence, and no improvement information was available to announce a solution.

Breakfast ordering and taste are two separate issues; different complaints should not be grouped into multiple instances of the same service problem. Trip AI summaries inappropriately supplement original reviews, and platform rankings and "must-visit" restaurant titles do not replace actual quality.

Which itineraries can benefit from its value?

For couples traveling together, whether it’s for anniversaries, wanting to see the city lights, or wanting more time to rest in the room, this is a better option than staying overnight. Allow time for arrival and check-out if you’re staying one night; for consecutive nights, choose room type, bed type, and breakfast options to ensure the larger room truly provides a comfortable place to rest. Families of three should look for rooms with an officially designated third bed and verify the child’s eligibility; don’t just judge based on whether the bed looks big.

Finally, I’ll ask myself: Will I actually stay in the room? Do I need the club services? Then I’ll decide on the room type, such as 36, 42, or 46 square meters. If I only want to get in and out quickly throughout the trip, subway access isn’t necessarily a reason to choose a luxury room.

How to choose between short stays and extended stays?

This review, written with a child, also mentioned that the lounge and pool do not accept children under 13, but since there is no official current rule for verification, I would not upgrade it to a full-fledged children’s policy. For families with children, the most practical thing to do is to confirm which facilities the child can use and during what time slots before paying the Club surcharge, and then assess whether the regular Deluxe option is sufficient.
