Trip’s abbreviated address has a misspelled Murata Building and omits the neighborhood. The Chiyoda government minpaku register through August 2026 lists 1-5-9 Uchikanda, Murata Building floors 3–5, under notification M130063802. A separate same-name booking channel matches the address, phone 050-1721-4419 and registration number. These establish a plausible building match, not an operator’s verified official website or evidence that one booking includes all three floors. The booked floor and apartment must be checked.
Bedding and privacy in a group
Trip displays six single beds and two Japanese futons in the bedroom area, plus two sofa beds in the living room. Odd width data on the platform reach implausible values and should not be used as bed measurements. The permitted occupancy, total floor area, door-separated bedrooms, actual bathroom count and storage remain unverified.
