Hotel Resol Stay Akihabara works well for travelers spending most of their time around Akihabara and arranging breakfast independently. I would first make sure the reservation is for the ‘Stay’ property, not the similarly named Hotel Resol Akihabara. The bridge-side route, compact double rooms and the hotel’s stated lack of breakfast service matter more than a generic claim that it is close to the station.

Official FAQIt’s about a 3-minute walk from the JR Akihabara-Chuo Expressway, and also about a 3-minute walk from Akihabara and Iwamotocho on the Hibiya Line. The latter two don’t have clearly marked exits on the same route, so the three lines shouldn’t be considered as one entrance.
On October 19, 2026, a guest mentioned needing to cross a bridge and using a ramp to push their luggage; another guest on August 6 described a shortcut to the electronics district using a small staircase. You can use it to visit Akihabara, but you need to plan your own breakfast and shopping.
The original reviews repeatedly praised the convenience of shopping and dining, with similar descriptions on August 30th and June 29th, suggesting it’s ideal for scheduling anime, electronics, and related shops in a single day. The official FAQ lists convenience stores as about a 3-minute walk away, but doesn’t guarantee all restaurants are open in the early morning; a guest on August 5th also mentioned the supermarket wasn’t exactly nearby. If I want to buy fruit or do daily grocery shopping while staying an extended period, I’ll first confirm the specific store I want to buy, rather than treating convenience stores and supermarkets as the same thing.
The room size depends on the width of the bed and the couple’s daily routine.

On September 2, 2026, a double guest commented that the bed and bathroom were small; on August 5, they also described the room’s living space as cramped; however, on August 6, they felt the space was sufficient. New information includes room types; comparisons should be made separately for the Medium Double Room B, Medium Room C, and Twin Room, rather than using one experience as a basis for a general conclusion about the entire hotel. If my friend and I have different schedules, we would compare Twin and Superior Twin; for three people, we would first ask about the aisle space after the sofa bed is unfolded, as a 22㎡ triple room cannot be considered a 22㎡ double room.
On September 2nd, the comment that the bed and bathroom were too small came from the medium-sized double room B; on August 5th, the comment that the activity area was cramped came from the medium-sized room C; and on August 6th, the comment that the double room was sufficient came from the twin room. These differences made me more likely to compare the number of beds separately for two people’s schedules, especially the positive comments that the twin room was enough, which offset the inconvenience of turning over and unpacking in the smaller double room.
Both the Medium Double Bed B and Medium Room C guest photos show a small table, seating, and entrance passageway beside the bed, indicating there isn’t an additional open space beyond the stated area. If two people were staying together, I would first confirm whether taking turns unpacking would be acceptable. The Triple website also shows the three-person configuration with the sofa bed unfolded; you can’t judge the activity space for three people based on a photo of the double sofa not unfolded.

On August 5, 2026, a guest stated that cleaning was scheduled every four days, based on their experience. However, no official written confirmation of the current, complete cleaning policy was obtained this time. For consecutive stays, it’s essential to clarify details regarding trash, towels, bed linen changes, and additional cleaning services; simply offering free drinks and laundry services shouldn’t automatically lead to a long-stay recommendation.
