Four Seasons Tokyo at Marunouchi: Station Access, Room Views and Breakfast
Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi
Why this Marunouchi hotel?
Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo at Marunouchi is a luxurious base on the south side of Tokyo Station, attractive when I want to combine Shinkansen connections, Ginza shopping and a hotel dinner. This is a different property from Four Seasons Otemachi: amenities such as a pool or high-rise views should never be copied between them. A room overlooking the tracks is not necessarily quiet, even after refurbishment.
Reaching the right side of Tokyo Station
The hotel identifies Pacific Century Place at 1-11-1 Marunouchi, around four minutes from Tokyo Station Yaesu South Exit. Arriving on the Marunouchi side means crossing through or around the station, and the complete elevator or stroller-accessible route was not independently verified. With large cases or a family, I would ask the concierge for the correct entry and any arrival-assistance arrangement; the availability and price of such help still need confirmation.
44, 52 and 65 m² room choices
Trip’s captured room cards include a Deluxe King at 44 m², Premier King at 52 m², a Four Seasons room at 65 m² and a Premier Corner Twin at 65 m². The last option lists two large beds but the exact width was unavailable. A guest in a Deluxe King in September 2026 mentioned shower temperature and door noise, while a July Four Seasons room guest mentioned a view blocked by other buildings and rail sound. Do not generalize these reports across all room types. In 2025 a family described an extra bed, but the platform’s current policy says none: three-person stays require direct confirmation.
MAISON MARUNOUCHI breakfast
The official menu lists American, Japanese and Chinese breakfast sets, each with buffet access, at ¥8,000 including tax and fifteen percent service charge. It does not mean all three set meals are included in a single order. The service hours were not independently verified in the source; Trip showed 07:00–10:00 as a reference, so confirm if departing early. Reviews focus heavily on SÉZANNE and service rather than supplying a reliable breakfast flavor consensus.
Renovation, noise and longer stays
The ten original Trip reviews saved in the article span May 2025 to September 2026 and cross the renovation period. July and September 2026 posts mention train noise; another September review mentions nearby building work and difficulties with shower temperature. A Premier Corner Twin guest thought the shared bathroom facilities small, and a different reviewer said the hotel had no pool. I would check room orientation and current works rather than infer that refurbishment eliminated every issue. For a short Shinkansen stop the dining and hotel experience may be underused; longer stays are more worthwhile when the restaurant and room space are part of the plan.
