Four Points Flex Tokyo Higashi-Kanda: 10 m² Rooms and Breakfast Boxes

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Higashi-Kanda

Four Points Flex by Sheraton Tokyo Higashi-Kanda is a practical base for light-packing travelers who want basic rest rather than a spacious Sheraton-style full-service stay. Marriott describes 78 nonsmoking double rooms with a desk, fridge and kettle. Trip lists both the standard double and a high-floor double at 10 m²: moving up a floor does not create more floor space.

Transport and access

Address: 1-3-8 Higashi-Kanda, Chiyoda. The hotel mentions a station about three minutes away without a fully verified exit-by-exit route. Trip reviews reference Bakuro-yokoyama but some station names in translated comments are unreliable. The exact street exit, accessible elevator route and journey to the entrance remain unconfirmed. For large suitcases or strollers, ask the hotel to identify the lift exit serving your actual arriving train.

Room layout and luggage

Trip lists a 10 m² Double with one bed and fixed windows, a 10 m² High-floor Double and an Accessible Double labelled 15 m². The accessible room has not been independently checked for door width, grab rails or bath configuration; its apparent larger size alone is not a reason to treat it as an ordinary upgrade. Bed width and practical suitcase clearance are not available. Guest photos show a bed filling most of the room and a tight bathroom arrangement.

Breakfast and check-in

Marriott’s official dining information describes a paid Breakfast Box that must be ordered at least three days in advance and collected at the front desk to take away or eat in the room. It is not a free buffet. Trip displayed a 07:00–09:00 collection window, but that was not independently verified with the property, and a reliable current price or fixed menu was unavailable. A guest disliked a cold box, while another said the microwave could help but was not clearly explained. Ask about pickup and heating before paying.

Guest reviews

Across ten saved Trip reviews from October 2025 to May 2026, cramped rooms recur in more than one account. A May guest struggled to open a suitcase; another traveler could still use the room comfortably for two people in December, illustrating different needs. Cleanliness and friendly service received praise, but the 10 m² layout is not changed by good ratings.

Short vs. longer stays

For one light traveler or a brief overnight stop the compact room may be acceptable. Two people with big cases, remote workers or guests expecting a large hotel room should compare alternatives. On longer stays, confirm housekeeping and laundry rather than assuming all full-service Sheraton features. The main decision is whether 10 m² works for how you intend to unpack and rest.
