Who this place suits

  • Noboricho balances Hiroshima Station, Shukkeien and Hatchobori.
  • Two bedrooms plus a living room, so a group can stay in one apartment.
  • Kitchen and fridge make simple meals and drinks easy to arrange.

How would I choose?

What draws me to Nagomi by b Hotel – Beautiful 2Br Apt City Center for 10 Ppl is that friends or a family can stay together in one Noboricho apartment. But ten people in 40㎡ is dense living: I would first assign four double beds and the living-room sofa bed, then work out the whole-apartment price; only if you are willing to share beds and share a bathroom can you enjoy travelling together easily.

Two bedrooms, four double beds — and a sofa bed still to lay out in the living room

The apartment has two bedrooms with four double beds in total, plus a sofa bed in the living room. Sleeping ten means most people share beds and the living room also becomes a sleeping area; if group members want to chat late, the person on the sofa bed has to join the discussion about rest times. The 40㎡ also includes bathroom and living space, so I would not treat the maximum occupancy as the most comfortable occupancy. A few fewer friends may leave more room for activities and luggage; several families travelling together should put each family’s sleeping and bathing needs ahead of how much room cost is saved. The average of 4㎡ per person for ten guests is just the whole 40㎡ divided by headcount, and it still includes the bathroom and kitchen — it does not mean each person gets 4㎡ of sleeping area. I would look directly at the bed layout, corridors and the position of the single bathroom to decide whether to keep the whole group in one apartment.

About 880 m from Hiroshima Station — a group with suitcases cannot rely on estimated times alone

Naka Ward, 9-18 Noborichō, Naka Ward, 730-0016 Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan

The address is 9-18 Noboricho, about 880 m on foot from JR Hiroshima Station, an estimated 13 minutes, and about 720 m to Shukkeien. Arrival day can be arranged as settling luggage, visiting the garden, then eating and shopping in Hatchobori, so a group does not have to meet and transfer at every stop. Peace Memorial Park is about 1.4 km on foot, so I would set aside a full visiting slot for it. This location balances the station and the shopping district, but it does not mean you walk straight into the room after leaving JR; when a large group arrives, it is best for one person to sort out the entrance and check-in details first, then bring everyone in together.

One bathroom shared in turn — a longer stay needs the whole group’s routine coordinated

For a single night, first coordinate entry, bed assignments and luggage placement; for a longer stay, bathroom times need scheduling even more. This apartment has one bathroom, so showering can stretch out with many people, and those who want to head out together in the morning especially need to allow time for taking turns washing.

How I would choose in the end

Only if several familiar families are willing to share beds and share one bathroom would I compare this 40㎡ two-bedroom apartment. Four double beds plus a living-room sofa bed is how ten people sleep here; if you want to keep the living room free or have everyone leave on time, staying with fewer people makes arrangements easier.

Pros and trade-offs to accept

Pros I value

  • Noboricho balances Hiroshima Station, Shukkeien and Hatchobori.
  • Two bedrooms plus a living room, so a group can stay in one apartment.
  • Kitchen and fridge make simple meals and drinks easy to arrange.

Think through before booking

  • Ten people sleeping in 40㎡ makes living and luggage space tight.
  • Four double beds and a sofa bed require sharing beds.
  • One bathroom must be shared in turn, and different routines easily affect each other.
