b hotel Heiwa Odori | 55㎡ Open-Plan Apartment for Six, Kitchen, Laundry and Room-Number Choice
BHotel

How this place suits a stay
- 55㎡ and a dining table, so a family can prepare meals and rest together.
- In-room laundry and bathroom drying suit stays of several nights.
- Nagarekawa, PARCO and Heiwa Odori itineraries pair well.
How would I choose?
What draws me to b hotel Heiwa Odori (BHotel) is a 55㎡ living space where a family can eat and chat together and also deal with travel laundry. It suits families or friends willing to share an open-plan sleeping area; the six-person layout includes a sofa bed, so if some want to sleep early and others want to chat late, I would talk schedules through first.
b hotel Heiwa Odori (BHotel) suits families who want to stay together as one unit in Tanaka-cho and use the kitchen and laundry. At 55㎡, two large beds and a sofa bed let everyone eat and rest together; the main trade-off is the open-plan sleeping area — with six people, the living room also has to give way to sleeping places, and differences in daily rhythm feel sharper than staying in two or three hotel rooms.
Room Types, Beds and Living Space
Rooms 101, 201, 202, 302 through 1002 and others are all listed at 55㎡, with a basic sleeping arrangement of two large beds plus one sofa bed. The same area does not mean the same facing, floor or balcony, so I would choose by room number, not only by names like ‘Supreme’ or ‘Design’.
Units facing Heiwa Odori or the Nagarekawa side each have trade-offs, and a higher floor does not necessarily mean quieter. If you want more window views or want to keep the living room in the evening, best compare facing and sofa-bed use together; for just two to four people, the spare room in the shared space usually feels more generous.
| Room-number choice | Area | Shared sleeping arrangement |
|---|---|---|
| City-view units such as 101 / 201 / 401 | 55㎡ | 2 large beds + sofa bed |
| Units such as 202 / 302 / 402 | 55㎡ | 2 large beds + sofa bed |
| 1001/1002 | 55㎡ | 2 large beds + sofa bed |

Location, Transport and Nearby Itineraries
Heiwa Odori 6-12, Naka Ward, 730-0026 Hiroshima, Hiroshima Prefecture, Japan
The apartment sits on the eastern stretch of Heiwa Odori in Tanaka-cho, and the public address is Heiwa Odori 6-12. Nagarekawa street is about a 310-metre walk, PARCO about 520 metres and Peace Memorial Park about 1 km, so this spot is flexible if you want shopping streets while keeping a park visit in the plan.
Hondori Station is about a 1 km walk and Hiroshima Station about 1.7 km, and on arrival you can compare buses and taxis around Tanaka-cho. Check-in is self-service by phone and door code; in 2025 a guest found the entrance hard to find, so I would save the email, entrance photos and room number together in advance.

Room 401’s Drying and Room 901’s Noise: Room Numbers Cannot Be Skipped
A March 2026 guest in room 401 described in detail that the washing machine’s drying programme had limited effect, and instead hung clothes in the bathroom with drying mode, where they roughly dried overnight. That makes me schedule laundry for a night with enough stay time; other room numbers still follow their own in-room equipment notes, and I would not take this experience as a drying guarantee for every unit.
A January 2026 guest in room 901 praised the space, balcony and nearby supermarket, while also mentioning dragging chairs and moving sounds from upstairs; a 2025 guest in room 302 felt a heavier cooking smell in the room. To avoid smells or noise, choosing a higher floor alone is not enough — I would ask about facing, room number and ventilation needs together. For entry, save the email first: a 2025 guest in room 402 said the lobby and room door each had their own code, so companions returning separately also need the complete instructions.
Kitchen, Dining Table and Eating Out in the City Centre
The kitchen is where this apartment feels lived-in; guests like the microwave, stove and dining table. A 2026 guest in room 401 also warned that cookware is limited, so for a full group cooking together, simple dishes suit better than many dishes at once.
When you do not want to cook, Nagarekawa and Shintenchi restaurants and nearby supermarkets fit into the daily plan. After eating out, coming back to sort the next day’s plan at the dining table is also a whole-unit way of staying I like.
