Rooms and bedding

The compact desk double is 16 m². Sofa doubles and terrace king variants can also be 16 m², so these features do not create more floor space. Standard and Executive Twins are 19–20 m²; the desk twin offers 21 m². King categories vary between 19 and 24 m², and the 35 m² private-bath king is a different tier. For two with large suitcases, the 21 m² twin is a useful comparison point.

Breakfast

The breakfast buffet is on the 13th floor from 07:00 to 10:00, with final admission at 09:30. The source’s October 2026 adult reference charge was ¥2,200. Guests have mentioned bread, salads, Western and Japanese dishes, while others wanted more variety or reported queues. I would leave breakfast for a morning without a tight departure.

Transport and attractions

The hotel is at 14-1 Hatchobori, around two minutes from the tram stop. Department stores, Hondori, Shintenchi and Okonomimura are easy to group for shopping and dinner. The entrance is not especially conspicuous, and reception is on the 13th floor; I would save a picture of the entrance. The hotel does not offer dedicated or partner parking.

Short and longer stays

The rooftop Skyspa has indoor and outdoor bathing areas and a sauna. Several guests appreciated it after walking, though one review noticed a chlorine odor. Laundry near the spa is useful on longer stays, but a 16 m² room will still be tight for two people with bags.
